If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Return requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Return

You can easily request a return by logging into your online account or open your original order confirmation and selecting "View Order". From there, you’ll be directed to your order page, where you can select the item you wish to return and submit your request.

Please wait for your return request to be approved before shipping your item(s) back. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with all the necessary return instructions, including the shipping details. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties or fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance to ensure your return arrives safely. Please note that Original Luxury is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

When we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect your item(s) to ensure they meet our return requirements. If all conditions are met, we’ll promptly issue a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed on our end. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your credit card provider’s processing time.

Late or missing refunds

After the applicable processing time has passed, if you have not yet received your refund, please double check your bank account or credit card statement.

If your refund is still not reflected, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider, as additional processing time may be required on their end.

Sale items

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Exchanges 

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@originalluxury.ca. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions upon approval.

Gifts & Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final sale. 

If you received an item as a gift and the size or style isn’t quite right, we’ll be happy to assist with a return. For gifts shipped directly to you, eligible returns will be issued as a gift credit for the value of the returned item(s). Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your gift credit will be issued to you.
