At Original Luxury, we strive to ensure every order is prepared and shipped with care. Please review our shipping information below for details on processing times, delivery, and applicable charges.

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing times do not include shipping and delivery times.

Shipping Within Canada

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Canada.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the corresponding provincial or territorial tax rates.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select destinations worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any applicable fees will be assessed by the relevant customs authorities or shipping provider.

Delivery Times & Delays

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives promptly, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Original Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to Your Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

If you need to make a change, please contact hello@originalluxry.ca as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Delivery Requirements

For added security, all orders valued over $100 require a signature upon delivery. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for your package.
