Returns

We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Return requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Return

You can easily request a return by logging into your online account or open your original order confirmation and selecting "View Order". From there, you’ll be directed to your order page, where you can select the item you wish to return and submit your request.

Please wait for your return request to be approved before shipping your item(s) back. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with all the necessary return instructions, including the shipping details.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow the applicable processing time for the credit to appear on your account.

Late or missing refunds
After the applicable processing time has passed, if you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account or credit card statement.

If your refund is still not reflected, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider, as additional processing time may be required on their end.

Sale items
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to an error on our part, we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement.

To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at hello@originalluxury.ca. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions upon approval.

Gifts & Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale. 
If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll be happy to issue a gift credit for the value of the eligible return. Once your return has been received and approved, your gift credit will be provided to you.

If the order was not designated as a gift at the time of purchase, any eligible refund will be issued to the original purchaser using their original method of payment.

Shipping
To begin a return or exchange, please email hello@originalluxury.ca with your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return in the body of the email. Our team will review your request and provide confirmation and return instructions. Please do not ship your item until your return has been approved.

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs associated with a return or exchange are also the responsibility of the client unless the item was received damaged, defective, or as a result of an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and, where appropriate, purchasing shipping insurance, as Original Luxury cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or not received.

For exchanges, delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
