Returns
We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this 14-day period are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags and packaging in place. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as magazines, booklets, and promotional materials cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All eligible returns must be shipped to OriginalLuxury Inc., located at 6030 KESTREL RD., MISSISSAUGA, ON, CANADA

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow the applicable processing time for the credit to appear on your account.

Late or missing refunds
After the applicable processing time has passed, if you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account or credit card statement.

If your refund is still not reflected, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider, as additional processing time may be required on their end.

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@originalluxury.ca and we’ll be happy to assist.

Sale items
We’re happy to accept eligible returns on regularly priced items. Please note that sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to an error on our part, we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement.

To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at hello@originalluxury.ca. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions upon approval.

Please wait for confirmation from our team before sending your item back to: OriginalLuxury Inc., located at 6030 KESTREL RD., MISSISSAUGA, ON, CANADA

Gifts
If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll be happy to issue a gift credit for the value of the eligible return. Once your return has been received and approved, your gift credit will be provided to you.

If the order was not designated as a gift at the time of purchase, any eligible refund will be issued to the original purchaser using their original method of payment.

Shipping
To begin a return or exchange, please email hello@originalluxury.ca with your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return in the body of the email. Our team will review your request and provide confirmation and return instructions. Please do not ship your item until your return has been approved.

Once approved, returns should be sent to: OriginalLuxury Inc., located at 6030 KESTREL RD., MISSISSAUGA, ON, CANADA

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs associated with a return or exchange are also the responsibility of the client unless the item was received damaged, defective, or as a result of an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and, where appropriate, purchasing shipping insurance, as Original Luxury cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or not received.

For exchanges, delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
